Advance Preparations

By notifying the hotel of your arrival at least a week in advance, these are the preparations that will have been made for you:

•  1. Designate a long-term parking spot for the Coach. Blocked off with cones.
•  2. Designate a single "drive-up" building for coach passengers and move prior reservations to other buildings, clearing out a block of rooms of a number consistent with total coach passengers
•  3. Block off a parking space for the coach at the designated building using cones and tape A "CoachCap" (a specially trained employee) will be on duty and available upon your arrival.
•  4. Direct the coach to a reserved parking spot (see below)
a. Assist with unloading passenger baggage
b. Direct passengers to their rooms
c. Assure that passengers are satisfied with their accommodations
d. Assist driver to his/her complementary room
e. After unloading, guide Coach driver to his/her reserved long-term parking spot
